Registered Dietitian and Physician Assistant
American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioner
Colleen Prince, RD, PA-C, ABAAHP has been working in the medical community for more than 10 years. She completed the Vanderbilt University Dietetic Internship program in 2007 and started her career providing medical nutrition therapy to Bone Marrow/Stem Cell Transplant patients at Vanderbilt's Medical Center and then in Seattle, Washington with University of Washington and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. She realized she wanted to do more in medicine and decided to become a Physician Assistant. In 2012, Colleen completed her Master's of Health Science and PA degree at Duke University.
She worked in Urology at UNC-Chapel Hill prior to working with Dr. Thomas Motyka at Osteopathic Medical Arts. It is there that she developed her passion for Integrative Medicine and treating hormone imbalances, especially hypothyroidism. She joined A4M and, in her study of anti-aging and functional medicine, she developed a passion for aesthetics and helping patients match how they feel on the inside with the outside.
Since opening Durham Health and Wellness in 2017, Colleen has become an injectable trainer helping new and seasoned injectors hone their skills as safe and natural injectors. She has recently completed her Health Practitioner Certification in Anti-Aging.
When Colleen is not working, she enjoys cooking, traveling, exercise, reading on a beach, and spending time with her family and dogs, Fiona and Mona.
Caroline joined the team at DHW in January of 2019 after becoming the first graduate of Elevate Salon Institute of Durham. She discovered her passion for aesthetics as a chemistry student at UNC-Chapel Hill, when she first turned to the world of makeup artistry as a desperately-needed creative outlet amidst days spent in a lab. As she made the switch to an education in aesthetics, she found her niche in skincare as a way to be a Science Nerd and a Beauty Geek at the same time. Today, she loves working one-on-one with patients to create focused, goal-oriented treatment plants to achieve overall healthier skin.
When she's not doing aesthetics, she's a dedicated dabbler in knitting, playing ukulele (poorly), singing (even more poorly), cooking, and craft cocktails. In her downtime, she can be found teaching new tricks to her dogs or staring lovingly at one of her three tropical freshwater aquariums.
Rosemary has been working in the medical profession since 1981. She started out as a lab tech for a large hospital in Orlando and after five years, took a position as a medical assistant for a Women's Health group. She has focused on medical assisting since and thoroughly enjoys the patient interaction. Rosemary and her husband moved to NC ten years ago from Orlando and there is no going back! Their grown children followed not long after and all found their spouses here in NC. They have a three-year-old granddaughter and are expecting another in February. She enjoys spending time with her granddaughter on her days off, as well as cooking and shopping! She has a passion for rescue dogs and foster dogs, too!
Jackie is from upstate NY originally and has a unique background. She has previously worked in corporate sector and with small design firms. She is a jack-of-all-trades. She has the patience of a saint and can converse on many fun and interesting topics. She enjoys exercising, reading, the Rolling Stones, her afternoon cup of coffee, and spending time with her husband and children.
Jenn is our other vein whispers. She is our IV nurse. She is responsible for starting, running and mixing our IVs for our patients.
