Colleen Prince, RD, PA-C, ABAAHP has been working in the medical community for more than 10 years. She completed the Vanderbilt University Dietetic Internship program in 2007 and started her career providing medical nutrition therapy to Bone Marrow/Stem Cell Transplant patients at Vanderbilt's Medical Center and then in Seattle, Washington with University of Washington and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. She realized she wanted to do more in medicine and decided to become a Physician Assistant. In 2012, Colleen completed her Master's of Health Science and PA degree at Duke University.
She worked in Urology at UNC-Chapel Hill prior to working with Dr. Thomas Motyka at Osteopathic Medical Arts. It is there that she developed her passion for Integrative Medicine and treating hormone imbalances, especially hypothyroidism. She joined A4M and, in her study of anti-aging and functional medicine, she developed a passion for aesthetics and helping patients match how they feel on the inside with the outside. She loves how aesthetics allows her to use a creative side and also science via anatomy. Her favorite coursework in school was Human Anatomy.
Since opening Durham Health and Wellness in 2017, Colleen has become an injectable trainer helping new and seasoned injectors hone their skills as safe and natural injectors.
When Colleen is not working she is learning German. Or she can be found enjoying cooking, traveling, exercise, reading on a beach, and spending time with her family and walking her dogs, Tina and Bennie.

Samantha is from Durham, NC. Skincare is personal to her. She had some skin issues as a child and learned early on the importance of taking care of her largest organ. She loves helping others feel the shine from within with her signature facials or with a Glo2Facial. She has a soothing and relaxing touch with her facials. We are excited to have her as part of the team!
Jenna is the reason you see us on Instagram. Trust us, you would not if it were up to Colleen. Jenna is also the brains and work behind our yearly events in the office. We could be lost without her direction on fun parties and events for our patients!
Kim Prince is our billing/bookkeeping coordinator in the office. She can help you pay an invoice online or get you a superbill. She loves being a part of the DHW team. She says it gives her an excuse to tell her husband she had filler, Xeomin or Instalift "for work." When she is not helping us coordinate billing or bookkeeping she can be found in the Outer Banks walking her dog, Bella.
